SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Your order will be shipped using Priority shipping through the United States Postal Service (USPS). This service allows us to provide a quick delivery time at a low cost to our customers. While most items will arrive in 1-3 business days, please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. All orders placed on the weekend will begin processing the following business day (usually on Monday unless it is a national holiday). All orders placed on National Holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

The listed shipping times are estimates based on USPS information. DB Fashion pledges to deliver your items as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. When your package is mailed, we’ll send you tracking info. via the email address you provided. The best way to keep tabs on the status of your order is by using this tracking information.

Please Note: DB Fashion is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you suspect that your package has been lost or stolen, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS).

International Shipping: DB Fashion ships your package DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid.” All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid in order for your package to clear customs. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES 

DB Fashion does not accept returns or exchanges. While all items purchased on this site are FINAL SALE, providing exceptional customer service is one of our top priorities. In the rare event that you receive an item that you believe is defective or not exactly as described, please contact our Customer Care team at info@shopdbf.com. Send us your full name, order number, description and photograph of the defect and we will resolve this situation with you promptly. 

For hygienic purposes, we DO NOT honor refunds for used products.

For clothing items, please confirm your sizing using our sizing chart prior to purchasing. We only accept clothing items for exchange if the item is in the same condition as received (tags attached if included). We do not accept clothing items for exchange if there are deodorant stains, or damage due to trying items on. If your item is sent to us in that state, we can offer to send it back to you as is or we can keep the item. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible for returns that we do not receive.
